At HH Global, we help the world’s most recognized brands turn their growth ideas into measurable impact through responsible marketing activation.
We are a global marketing activation partner that connects brands to their customers and delivers sustainable marketing execution at scale.

Purpose of the job
This role is working with Samsung, one of our key clients - an organization with amazing scale and insurmountable ambition – their products are probably already in your pocket or on your desk and their great products deserve great ideas and creativity to back them up.
You would join a small, fast-moving team handling creative. You are an Art Director who can think sharply, move fast and make ideas a reality. Someone who’s as comfortable cracking concepts as they are rolling up their sleeves and getting into the craft. You’ll be supported by the Creative Director from the start of a brief through to delivery, shaping ideas, building out executions, and helping push campaigns into places people care about. We work from first thought to final delivery, and we need someone who genuinely contributes to the ideas and loves to get hands-on. Overarchingly, you are a Social First Thinker.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
