As we accelerate the commercial transformation for Sodastream across Northern Europe, we are seeking a Demand Acceleration Manager to lead and deliver best in class commercial execution in the North Europe markets. This is a high impact role responsible for shaping and executing transformational demand strategies, elevating customer partnerships, and driving sustainable growth across channels with hyper-focus on all Brick & Mortar channels. You will play a critical role in embedding data driven decision making, customer engagement, and best in class Perfect Store Execution standards.

- Lead the development and execution of bespoke demand acceleration channel strategies to maximize category growth across the market.
- Identify and unlock granular Shopper Value Offer growth opportunities and related execution standards to deliver them.
- Leverage analytics and data to drive precision targeting and personalized execution (Most Valuable Store, Store Clustering concepts).
- Develop Category Leadership initiatives and selling story for SodaStream across retail and digital environments to elevate customer collaboration as part of WCCE.
Perfect store & commercial excellence
- Define and implement Perfect Store (PICOS) standards across physical and digital retail environments.
- Ensure best-in-class in-store and online execution, optimizing visibility, availability, and conversion.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI’s performance tracking and field feedback loops.
- Facilitate course corrective actions and identify capabilities/performance gaps.
Customer & channel development
- Own the market category leadership agenda across all channels and co-develop insight-led selling story to the trade.
- Partner closely with Sales to elevate strategic customer relationships as part of the World Class Customer Engagement cycle to unlock joint business plans (JBPs) with key retail partners.
- Drive channel-specific strategies tailored to on-line and off-line channels.

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, RGM to align priorities and execution on local level.
- Partner with the DX global team and actively engage within the global DX community to share best practices and lift & shift from other clusters where appropriate.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver integrated commercial solutions.
- Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Key capabilities & experience
- Proven experience in commercial strategy, demand generation, or category management.
- Strong track record in FMCG or consumer goods, ideally across multiple markets.
- Deep expertise in Perfect Store and retail execution excellence.
- Experience leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and shopper insights to drive growth.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships internally with peers, DX broader community and strategic relationship externally with key retailers.
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance both strategic thinking with execution.
