Want to change the way the world drinks?

We’re looking for a dynamic DTC Lead to own and accelerate the performance of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel in the UK & Ireland. This role is a key growth driver for the business, responsible for defining the DTC strategy, and leading the commercial, product, and customer experience roadmap. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape how we acquire, convert, and retain customers in a way that delivers profitable growth and outstanding brand experiences. This role will report directly into the North Europe Head of eCommerce, with a dotted line into the UK&I Sales Director. They will work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead, briefing them on activation needs for the channel.

DTC Channel Strategy & Leadership

  • Set the strategic direction for the UK&I DTC channel, defining how we win across acquisition, retention, value growth, and customer experience.
  • Build a clear channel proposition that differentiates our DTC from other channels, tailored to the needs and expectations of our DTC shopper.
  • Leverage data and behavioural insight to deeply understand our online customer — identifying patterns, friction points, and growth levers across the funnel.
  • Define and optimise the DTC product strategy, including which SKUs, bundles, exclusives, or formats we offer — ensuring the range delivers incremental value and meets consumer needs.
  • Own the pricing and promotional architecture, balancing competitiveness, profitability, and brand integrity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
