This is a regional role based in the North of England, with regular national travel.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the on-site monitoring and performance review of our soft facilities management services across the LIFT portfolio, ensuring delivery meets required service standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Facilities Contract Manager and Assistant Facilities Contract Manager to:
- Ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Oversee resolution and service improvement plans as needed.

Engage with high autonomy, building and maintaining relationships with:
- Supply chain partners
- Internal customers

Requires in-depth experience with contract management best practices and service standards (preferably in a Public Sector environment).

Support quality improvement initiatives and efficiency savings activities.

Ensure accurate data collection and timely completion of contractual reporting in accordance with Contracts Team processes.
