This is a regional role based in the North of England, with regular national travel.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the on-site monitoring and performance review of our soft facilities management services across the LIFT portfolio, ensuring delivery meets required service standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Facilities Contract Manager and Assistant Facilities Contract Manager to:

    • Ensure contractual obligations are met.
    • Oversee resolution and service improvement plans as needed.
  • Engage with high autonomy, building and maintaining relationships with:

    • Supply chain partners
    • Internal customers
  • Requires in-depth experience with contract management best practices and service standards (preferably in a Public Sector environment).

  • Support quality improvement initiatives and efficiency savings activities.

  • Ensure accurate data collection and timely completion of contractual reporting in accordance with Contracts Team processes.
