Soft Services Manager

ROLE: Soft Services Manager HOURS: 40 hours per week LOCATION: The Shard, London

We're looking for a Soft Services Manager who will oversee the delivery of contract soft services, including access control, helpdesk functions, and wider soft FM operations at this prestigious site.

Role Responsibilities: • Ensure all soft services are delivered in line with agreed processes, completing regular audits with QHSE support. • Manage directly employed personnel, ensuring HR, training and development practices are followed. • Monitor the CAFM system to ensure KPI/SLA compliance and effective workforce deployment. • Coordinate subcontractor activities, holding regular meetings and maintaining accurate records. • Develop and improve soft service delivery processes while maintaining strong performance reporting.

Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below‑defined requirements for the role. • Ability to lead and manage multiple soft service teams. • Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills. • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Maximo system use. • Professional, proactive approach with strong attention to confidentiality. • Able to work independently, use initiative, and manage changing priorities.
