Account Manager - Insurance Software

London | Hybrid Working £55,000 - £70,000

Build Strategic Client Relationships in the London Insurance Market

Our client is a leading provider of software and services to the London insurance market, helping insurers, brokers, MGAs, and Lloyd's market participants streamline operations and improve business performance through innovative technology solutions.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Account Manager to join their team and play a key role in strengthening client relationships, driving renewals, and delivering long-term customer success.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building trusted partnerships, working with senior stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts within a thriving technology business.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary commercial and relationship lead for a portfolio of mid-to-large insurance clients using their enterprise SaaS platform.

Regular face-to-face engagement with clients across London will be central to your success in this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
