About the role

We're a small, dynamic team building practical AI and automation solutions that genuinely improve how businesses operate. The company is growing quickly, and this role will sit right at the heart of that growth.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll design and build real systems used by real businesses - writing production-quality code, integrating complex systems, and deploying AI where it adds clear, measurable value.

There's strong potential for career progression as the business scales, with opportunities to take on more ownership, shape solutions end-to-end, and influence how we build and deliver work.

What you'll be doing

  • Implementing systems that automate and streamline how businesses operate, from initial design through to deployment.
  • Writing clean, well-structured Python for automation, backend services, and data workflows.
  • Designing and building integrations between third-party systems using REST and webhook-based APIs.
  • Developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, alongside custom code where appropriate.
  • Deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Cosmos DB, and related services).
  • Building AI-assisted workflows using modern AI services and large language models where they provide measurable business value.
  • Working closely with clients to understand how their processes actually work, and translating that into robust technical solutions.
  • Improving and maintaining existing automations as requirements evolve.
  • Documenting solutions clearly so they're easy to support, hand over, and scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
