About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fire Safety Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a relevant qualification in fire safety, risk management, or a related field, such as NEBOSH Fire Safety & Risk Management certification or equivalent. Prior experience in conducting fire risk assessments and familiarity with fire safety legislation is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical data are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are highly valued.

Responsibilities

As a Fire Safety Compliance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments across various client sites
  • Identifying potential hazards
  • Recommending appropriate mitigation measures
  • Ensuring all assessments adhere to current fire safety standards and legal requirements
  • Providing expert advice and training to clients on fire safety procedures and compliance protocols
  • Preparing detailed reports, documenting findings, and maintaining accurate records of assessments and compliance status
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and improve fire safety solutions
  • Participating in client meetings to communicate assessment results and recommendations
  • Staying updated with evolving fire safety regulations and industry best practices
