Software Developer | Norwich | Up to £50,000 DOE
Are you a PHP developer looking to join a growing global business and make a real impact?
We’re working with an expanding international organisation based near Norwich, who are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join their engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge, large-scale products within a business that demonstrates strong financial backing and ambitious growth plans.
The Role
You’ll be working collaboratively as part of a development team, responsible for:
- Building and maintaining web applications using PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript
- Working across the entire software development lifecycle, from scoping and architecture through to delivery and ongoing iteration
- Gaining influence over technical decision-making as the team continues to grow

What We’re Looking For
- Solid commercial experience with PHP and the Laravel framework
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript with comfort working both front-end and back-end
- A principled, pragmatic approach to writing clean, maintainable and scalable code
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Someone who is self-reliant, enjoys solving real-world challenges, and contributes positively to their team

The Details
- Salary: £35,000–£50,000, dependent on experience and market alignment
- Location: Based near Norwich (4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote)
