About The Role
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our suite of financial software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data analysts, and UX designers, to create user-centric applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for building innovative software solutions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure, and experience with database management systems such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in the financial technology sector will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions in accordance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Maintain and update existing software applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile ceremonies to foster continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative features into our products.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
