About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fire Safety Analyst to join our dynamic team at Countfire. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough fire risk assessments, developing tailored safety strategies, and providing expert advice to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fire safety regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex safety concepts clearly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical safety projects and work with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification in Fire Safety, Fire Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management or equivalent are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in fire risk assessment, fire safety consultancy, or a related role. Strong knowledge of local and international fire safety standards and legislation is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with proficiency in relevant software tools. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments across various facilities, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
- Develop and implement fire safety plans tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify potential fire hazards and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support fire safety compliance and certification processes.
- Stay updated on evolving fire safety standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure our services remain current and effective.
- Provide expert guidance and training to clients and internal teams on fire safety procedures and risk management strategies.
- Assist in the development of fire safety policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, recommendations, and follow-up actions to ensure ongoing safety compliance.
