Software Developer / Engineer (Backend Elixir AI) London / WFH to £130k
Are you a backend focussed Software Developer who enjoys using a range of programming languages?
You could be progressing your career at a fast-growing, VC-backed multi-product technology company, this is an opportunity to work on a brand-new Large Language Model (LLM) product that's transforming how financial services, legal firms and insurers operate, automating analytical tasks traditionally performed by analysts.
You'll be part of a fast-paced, inclusive team that values creativity, curiosity, and impact.
As a Software Developer you'll build and scale intelligent backend systems for cutting-edge LLM products, collaborating with product and customer teams on high-impact, user-centric solutions. You'll be using Elixir amongst other technologies, choosing the best tool for the job; there's lots of opportunity to experiment and pick things up on the job within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Location / WFH
There's a flexible hybrid model, you'll meet up with colleagues in the London office 1-2 days a week.
About You
- You have backend software development experience with an OO language e.g. C++, Java, C#, JavaScript
- You have an interest in using functional programming languages and happy to use Elixir going forward (you don't need commercial experience but ideally will have investigated it)
- You have experience within a SaaS or software product based company
- You have an enthusiasm for technology and AI
- You're comfortable in a scale-up environment with little process and changing priorities
