What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain highly scalable, end-to-end automated test frameworks for:
- Website
- Mobile applications
- Drive a company-wide testing strategy focused on:
- Reliability
- Reusability
- Test coverage
- Mentor and grow quality engineering expertise across teams.
- Collaborate with engineering/product owners to ensure:
- High-quality releases
- Relentless shared ownership of quality gates
- Conduct manual exploratory testing for all intricate workflows and edge cases.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Essential
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing/automation.
- Expertise in tools like:
- Playwright
- Cypress
- Hardcore proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Fluency with CI/CD systems:
- Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions
- Deep understanding of:
- Test strategy
- Versioning
- Test data management & organization
- Superb communication, collaborative spirit, and a growth mindset
- Solid manual testing skills to:
- Identify UX/UI flaws
- Debug via:
- Postman
- Browser developer tools
- Network inspectors
✨ Nice-to-have
- Cloud-based cross-platform familiarity:
- BrowserStack, Sauce Labs
- BDD experience:
- Building tests in Cucumber or similar
- Mobile testing exposure
- Performance testing expertise:
- k6
- Knowledge of:
- WebSockets
- Visual regression testing tools (e.g., Percy)
- AI-assisted exploratory testing
- Multi-practice QA:
- Unit, integration automation—not only frontend
- Execution in microservices/distributed systems
- Agile/Scrum collaboration:
- Cross-functional trust building
