About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at BET365. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that will support strategic decision-making across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven solutions, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and innovation of a leading online gaming company, working in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with programming languages like Python or R is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex data insights clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex data sets to extract actionable insights that support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and finance to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic initiatives and optimize processes.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing validation and cleaning procedures.
  • Assist in the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics to continuously improve analytical techniques and tools.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and contribute to the overall data-driven culture within the organization.
