About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in Python and PostgreSQL to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining core business systems for our clients. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations by delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. You will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from initial planning and design to deployment and ongoing support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on modernizing legacy platforms, contribute to a forward-thinking technology strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in software development, with a strong emphasis on Python and PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of full-stack development, including modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems such as Git, and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to work.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications using Python, PostgreSQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous integration and delivery.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of coding standards and best practices within the team.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster team growth and development.
