Team: Market Data

Position Overview:

The Market Data team provides market data services to users across the firm. We work closely with exchanges, vendors, and stakeholders to implement live market data connectivity for trading and historical market data for research. As part of the newly established Market Data Integration team, we are looking for experienced project managers to own delivery of market data projects, including technical scoping, identification of dependencies, and complete project lifecycle management.

  • Manage delivery of strategic initiatives within the market data space, owning projects from start to finish
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders on technical scoping of new projects
  • Write and review technical documentation such as exchange specifications, migration plans, and production runbooks
  • Own migrations from legacy platforms
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, clearly identifying and resolving blockers
  • Engage with users to provide knowledge and serve as the Subject Matter Expert on market data products
  • Manage communication with external vendors, exchanges, and providers to push forward the interests of the firm
  • Identify efficiency gaps on the team and work diligently to resolve them
  • Own and update the Jira team kanban boards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
