About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our core software products that serve the construction and safety sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating user-centric solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software that meets our clients' needs and adheres to industry standards. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular, and back-end technologies such as Node.js or .NET.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
- Implement new features and optimize existing functionalities based on user feedback and industry trends.
- Ensure the software is reliable, secure, and performs optimally across different platforms and devices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and system architecture.
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments and incorporate relevant innovations into our products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing software solutions as needed.
