About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on our customer-facing SaaS systems, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions that serve the education sector. Operating within an Agile environment, you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle—from initial architectural planning and coding to troubleshooting and deployment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating scalable and maintainable code, eager to learn, and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Your contributions will directly impact our products, helping schools streamline their operations and improve staff and student experiences.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong aptitude for programming and problem-solving, with proven experience in developing customer-facing SaaS applications. You should have a solid background working with technologies such as C#, ASP.Net, and WebApi2, along with experience with SQL databases and Entity Framework. Familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery is advantageous, and experience with Azure DevOps or Azure hosting will be considered a plus. You should have a demonstrated ability to work within an Agile environment, supporting team goals and mentoring colleagues when needed. Strong communication skills, self-management abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential for thriving in our team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the design, architecture, and decision-making processes for new and existing software solutions.
- Analyze and modify existing programs to improve functionality, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop and implement new software features, websites, and applications aligned with project requirements.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Engage in Agile sprint ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system stability.
- Verify, test, and deploy software solutions, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality software products.
