Software Developer Trainee (Fully Funded Training – No Experience Required)
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! We will provide full training at no cost, as part of a UK Government-funded scheme designed to address a critical skills shortage in the software industry.
About the Role
We are seeking motivated candidates to join as Software Developer Trainees. This is an ideal entry point for a new career in tech, offering 12 weeks of free training (100% online) followed by employment opportunities in high-demand roles.

The Role & Responsibilities
As a Software Developer Trainee, you will:
- Work on coding projects alongside experienced developers
- Develop, test, and debug software modules and bug fixes
- Collaborate with teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality standards
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices

Although no prior experience is necessary, successful candidates should have:
- A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good numeracy and mathematics skills
- A commitment to a career in digital technology
- Willingness to work hard and learn quickly
