About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fire Safety Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team at Countfire. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on fire safety systems, conducting risk assessments, and supporting clients in implementing effective fire safety measures. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety standards and to develop tailored fire safety strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fire safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting safety and risk mitigation practices.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire safety management, risk assessment, or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of local and international fire safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using fire safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze complex safety data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments for diverse client environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
- Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans tailored to client needs.
- Assist clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
- Provide expert advice on fire safety equipment, systems, and best practices.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to client staff and stakeholders on fire safety procedures and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative fire safety solutions and improve existing services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving fire safety legislation and industry trends.
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and recommendations for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal writing.
