Software Developer
Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Developer (Fintech)
Hybrid | London
We're looking for an intellectually curious Full-Stack Software Developer to join our growing team at Saba.
You’ll help design, build and maintain scalable software across our technology platform while contributing to innovative AI-enabled solutions that support our products and customers. This is an opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle in a collaborative startup environment where your ideas can make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, developing and maintaining scalable full-stack applications
- Building and integrating APIs, databases and backend services
- Contributing to AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI initiatives
- Writing clean, maintainable code and supporting automated testing and quality assurance
- Debugging, troubleshooting, and improving application performance and reliability
- Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver new features and platform enhancements

What We’re Looking For
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in full-stack software development
- Experience with modern web technologies, APIs, and relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity to learn, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
