About the Role
Build a game-changing AI product from the ground up
ZAI is live, scalable, and customer-tested—stretching far beyond prototype. It integrates Microsoft 365, Azure, IT Glue, PSA, and ERPs, translating tech challenges into efficiency savings.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, refine critical workflows, and shape AI processes that redefine tech support. If you thrive in fast-moving environments where code meets impact, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
General
- Align with stakeholders to capture specifications and deliver timely feedback
- Author comprehensive technical documentation (architectures, workflows, solutions)
- Represent the team externally (client engagements, presentations)

Development & Maintenance
- Maintain elevate and enhance both Zenzero internal tools and client-facing products
- Develop new features grounded in real-world use cases and urgency
- Uphold coding excellence—quality, scalability, and security first
- Leverage Microsoft stack deeply, ensuring seamless system integration
- contribute workflow automation, flagging manual bottlenecks early
DevOps & Culture
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum frameworks, employing CICD pipelines for rigorous delivery
- Champion technical scalability and robust system hygiene
- Partner with internal experts (cyber, cloud, ERPs) to refine ZAI’s evolution
- Embed company culture—ownership, transparency, and growth are expectations, not bonuses

Technical Skills
Core
- 2–3 years’ software development experience
- C#, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, SQL—everyday weapons
- Hands-on skills: ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, MVC
- Nuanced understanding of relational databases
- Azure AI tools, Azure DevOps/CICD, DevOps best practices
- Project scaffolding: cloud vs on-prem, security, performance
