About the Role

You will design, lead, and implement high-impact technical solutions that influence both internal and external systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building automated CI/CD-driven development pipelines

  • Ensuring secure-by-design practices across the entire development lifecycle
  • Scaling engineering tooling for better collaboration across Dev, Sec, and Ops
  • Delivering end-to-end problem resolution for high-impact technical challenges

This role invites tech enthusiasts with a passion for system resilience, automation, and security to join a company driving modernisation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver engineering platform capabilities โ€“ enabling rapid, automated build, test, secure, and deploy workflows.
  • Design, implement, and scale CI/CD pipelines, ensuring consistency, reliability, and repeatability across multiple services.
  • Embed IaC, eliminating manual provisioning and enforcing standardisation while improving scalability.
  • Integrate security controls (DevSecOps) across the entire SDLC, ensuring compliance with highest standards.
  • Support and enable engineering teams with guidance on best practices, tooling, and automation to improve velocity, quality, and resilience.
  • Continuously optimise automation, reducing manual effort and improving developer experience.
  • Foster cross-discipline collaboration (Dev, Sec, Ops) to break silos and drive end-to-end service ownership.
  • Maintain and innovate critical platform tools, including:
    • Source-code control (Git, GitOps)
    • Build systems
    • Artifact repositories
    • Deployment frameworks

  • Support incident response and remediation, ensuring rapid recovery through retrospectives and feedback loops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
