Software Developer (AI-Focused) – Hybrid | Newcastle | Up to £60,000

We're looking for a Software Developer with commercial experience using AI tools, workflows, or LLMs to join a growing engineering team.

You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable applications while leveraging AI to improve development, automation, and product delivery. The backend technology stack is flexible, so we're open to developers from a range of technical backgrounds.

  • Commercial software development experience.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development, AI workflows, or LLM integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for modern engineering practices.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
