The Role
- Develop and scale core APIs and services for trust and safety platforms
- Design and implement intuitive web interfaces for non-technical stakeholders
- Model data for strict auditability, versioning, and efficient querying
- Translate global regulatory requirements into engineering constraints and audit trails
- Contribute to a significant part of the platform's detection, enforcement, and compliance surfaces

What You'll Need
- Strong production experience building high-scale services using Java, Kotlin, or Go
- Hands-on experience building clean, intuitive internal tooling using React and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of API design, backward compatibility, and data modeling for complex systems
- Experience working with data pipelines and understanding of real-time vs. batch processing trade-offs
- An eye for usability, making complex workflows simple and foolproof for non-technical users
- Ability to handle a 70% Backend / 30% Frontend split, comfortable with schema evolution and frontend state management
