Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a strong foundation in Core Java, Spring, and Multithreading, along with exposure to DevOps practices and tools. The role involves building and supporting high-performance front-office eTrading applications, working closely with Traders, Quants, and global development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support scalable Java-based trading applications.
- Work on low-latency, high-performance systems for front-office trading.
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with globally distributed Agile teams.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Core Java development experience
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- Multithreading & Concurrency
- Linux and Relational Databases
- REST APIs, JSON/XML
- Agile, CI/CD, Git-based development

Experience: 5+ years in Java backend development, preferably within financial services or trading environments.
