Software Engineer – Hyper-Growth Defense AI Startup – London | £120,000 + Equity

I'm working with one of the fastest-growing defense AI companies in the world - building the software powering the autonomous age, and scaling fast.

About the Company

One of the quickest-growing defence tech firms globally, with serious momentum behind it. Backed for the long term - this is a company on a genuine upward trajectory. Engineering team held to an exceptionally high bar - top universities, elite tech firms, and finance.

Role Overview

They're building mission-critical AI systems and need exceptional full-stack engineers to help push what's possible.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Building and shipping full-stack systems across mission-critical defence AI products
  • Owning meaningful features end-to-end - from design through to deployment
  • Solving genuinely hard engineering problems at the frontier of autonomy and AI
  • Shaping architecture and design as an early, high-impact hire
  • Moving fast in a high-ownership, high-velocity environment
