As part of the team, you could:
- Design and develop high-performance, distributed back-end systems that power secure communication, compliance, and data management solutions used by some of the world's leading financial institutions.
- Build scalable, resilient Java applications capable of processing large volumes of real-time messaging and financial data with high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, production-ready software.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring systems remain secure, maintainable, and highly performant as the platform continues to scale.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for engineers who have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Strong commercial experience developing enterprise applications using Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
- Experience building distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices, with exposure to technologies such as Spring Boot, Kafka, or similar modern frameworks.
- An understanding of database technologies, cloud-native development, and software engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, and version control.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for building reliable, scalable software.
