Software Engineer
£55,000 - £60,000
Bristol – Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
We are looking for a .NET Developer to join a well-established, independently owned insurance software company based in Bristol.
Despite their tenure, the culture is anything but corporate, this is a small, agile and collaborative team where your work has real visibility.
Role Overview
As a .NET Developer you will work across two core products: a Schemes Underwriting System and a Policy Administration System. You'll be focused on backend and platform development, working within a small team that values good communication and a pragmatic approach to getting things done.

Tech Stack
Their current tech stack is: .NET, AWS, Azure DevOps, MySQL and JavaScript.
Requirements
We are looking for:
- 4-5 years' experience as a .NET Developer
- Strong backend and platform development skills
- Experience in a B2B or software house environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Qualifications
It would be a bonus if you had:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Exposure to Azure DevOps
- Any mentoring or team lead experience
Benefits

- Up to £60,000 depending on experience
