About the Role
An innovative organisation in the professional services space is looking for a Software Engineer to join their dedicated internal technology lab. This is a core technical role focused on designing and building the robust foundations required for advanced automated solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and building the technical foundations for scalable internal solutions.
- Applying systems thinking to ensure high-quality engineering standards across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement core technical architectures.
- Ensuring engineering depth and quality in all software deliverables.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices within the lab environment.

What We're Looking For
- Strong background in software engineering with a focus on systems architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in building foundational technical components.
- A deep commitment to code quality and engineering excellence.
- Ability to think critically about how complex systems are constructed.
- Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
