Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, software development, or a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of digital technologies, project lifecycle management, and agile methodologies is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are critical. Proven leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset are highly valued. Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant technical certifications will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

As a vital part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Coordinating with different departments to gather requirements, develop project plans, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyzing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and continuously seeking opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project status, challenges, and opportunities for future growth.
