The Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Web team – which is responsible for the underlying web frameworks which power our MAST and CaaS products and internal tools. Our goal is to allow financial institutions to create front to back controls that monitor regulatory risk. To do this, they need to be able to configure metrics that analyse their data and a dashboard that shows the results of this alert
As an Engineer, you’d be working across our product platform to deliver implementations, library code, and new features used by some of the world's leading financial institutions, you’ll also become a trusted point of contact for other teams working closely with product, quants and other engineers
The role will suit a candidate who is curious, problem-solving-led, and wants to apply strong development fundamentals in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement technical requirements from the Product and Metrics teams across our platform and library code
- Take ownership of parts of the application stack, ensuring it operates in a reliable, scalable, and performant manner, with strong observability into production behaviour
- Build and maintain both the front-end components and the back-end, giving our customers the tools to investigate complex trading scenarios with clarity and speed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quant and Product teams to shape and deliver new features
- Participate in code reviews, stand-ups and design discussions, contributing to a high-quality engineering culture
- Grow into technical ownership of specific pieces of the stack as you develop within the team

Requirements
- 1–3 years' commercial experience as a software engineer
- Solid experience with C# / .NET and ASP.NET or other object orientated frameworks
- Front-end exposure with at least one modern framework (Blazor, React, Angular or Vue)
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Willingness to learn financial markets
- Demonstrable experience of building software products from start to finish
- Knowledge of Cloud based desirable (AWS, Azure or GCP)
