As part of the team, you could:
- Lead the development of modern architecture, delivering highly responsive and interactive web interfaces that prioritise usability and performance.
- Take ownership of building new greenfield digital products from initial concept through to production release.
- Engineer complex, data-intensive web platforms and analytical tools capable of supporting exabytes worth of datasets and demanding workflows.
- Work cross-functionally with product leadership, design teams, and technical stakeholders to transform functional requirements into robust application features.
- Produce high-quality code that emphasises reusability, stability, and long-term maintainability within a scalable application architecture.

We are looking for engineers who have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Demonstrated expertise developing production-grade applications using the React ecosystem.
- Python experience is also a plus
- Prior exposure to trading or FinTech environments would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
- A natural curiosity and passion for technology, actively keeping up with new frameworks, tooling, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
