Where a certain software giant made its name turning fragmented data into real time, AI driven decisions across defence and critical infrastructure, this company is building the equivalent for autonomous and robotic systems, the operating layer that lets organisations task, control, and act on data from fleets of autonomous assets.
Well funded and building for the long term, they're assembling an elite engineering team at a pivotal stage. This role is open to backend, frontend, and full stack engineers, joining with real ownership and a flat hierarchy from day one.

Responsibilities
Backend
- Build the infrastructure that lets autonomous systems collaborate, process vast quantities of data, and take meaningful action.
- Handle large scale, real time data at production speed and reliability.
- Integrate with cutting edge AI and edge hardware
Frontend
- Build high performance, data dense visualisation interfaces in React and WebGL
- Design the platform that lets operators task, control, and supervise multiple autonomous systems, turning complex real-time data into something usable under pressure
- Push the boundaries of browser based real time 3D visualisation

Full stack candidates work across both layers depending on where impact is needed the most.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in C++, Java, Rust, or Python (backend/full stack), or React and WebGL (frontend/fullstack)
- Genuine motivation around the critical industries like ethical defence, civil defence or humanitarian sectors.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and outsized ownership.
