We're working with a leading global recruitment agency specializing in IT and engineering placements, connecting top talent with innovative companies. We are seeking an exceptional Backend Developer to contribute to cutting-edge data platform projects.
The Role
- Drive large-scale pipeline migrations and core platform development
- Work within a Flink and Lakehouse architecture
- Jump into existing codebases quickly and effectively
- Operate autonomously to deliver high-quality code

What You'll Need
- Strong experience in Java, Python, Go, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments and execute tasks without constant direction
- Familiarity with JVM-based frameworks (Flink, Beam, Dataflow, or Spark) is a plus
- Experience with BigQuery, SQL, Scala, and DevOps/Cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes) is a plus
- Prior experience with pipeline migrations and cost optimization is a plus
