Senior Software Engineer (Agentic AI)
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Initial 3-Month Contract (Outside IR35)

We’re partnering with a growing WealthTech business building a modern platform used by financial advisers within the UK wealth ecosystem. The business is scaling following significant investment in its technology platform and product suite. They’re exploring how modern AI can fundamentally transform the way software products are built and delivered.

They've already developed a successful platform and are now investing in a greenfield initiative to determine whether multi-agent AI systems can automate large parts of their product creation process. Rather than building chatbots or simple copilots, the objective is to create autonomous AI workflows capable of drafting complex, domain-specific content with minimal engineering intervention.

This is a highly technical proof-of-concept role where you'll work directly alongside senior technical leadership to design, build and validate the next generation of their AI platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
