ABOUT THE CLIENT
We're working with a well-established UK organisation that continues to invest heavily in its technology function. With a reputation for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences, they're looking to strengthen their engineering team with the addition of a Senior Software Engineer.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced.NET Developer who's ready to take the next step into a senior role, combining hands-on software development with mentoring and technical leadership responsibilities.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining integration solutions that support a large-scale technology estate. Working closely with other engineers and stakeholders, you'll help deliver robust, scalable applications while driving engineering best practice across the team.
Alongside your technical responsibilities, you'll mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the team's technical direction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges whilst supporting the growth of those around them.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Commercial experience developing applications with C# and.NET
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tooling
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
