A leading international retail organisation is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will support the delivery and operationalisation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions, helping to shape how millions of customers and colleagues experience products and services across a diverse portfolio of brands.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop models and support their deployment into production environments.
  • Write production-quality code that is robust, efficient, and maintainable.
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of pipelines, tooling, and automation.
  • Monitor performance and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of live systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product colleagues to improve practices that accelerate the use of artificial intelligence.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Python skills and experience with common libraries such as Pandas, scikit-learn, and Jupyter.
  • Practical experience with classical machine learning techniques and awareness of modern approaches like NLP and deep learning.
  • Experience working with SQL and data pipelines to prepare and transform data for training.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and practices, including Git, CI workflows, and containerisation.
  • Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
