Software Developer (React)
Up to £200k Base + Exceptional Bonus | Elite FinTech | London | Hybrid

I'm working with a leading FinTech firm that's looking to hire experienced React Developers to help build high-performance web applications used in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Role: Software Developer (React)
Industry: Elite FinTech
Compensation: Up to £200k base + exceptional bonus
Location: London (Hybrid)

What you'll be working on:

  • Leading the development of modern, responsive web applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience.
  • Taking ownership of greenfield products, from initial design through to production deployment.
  • Building complex, data-intensive platforms and analytical tools capable of handling large-scale datasets and demanding workflows.
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code while helping shape the long-term architecture of the platform.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong commercial experience developing applications with React and the wider React ecosystem.
  • Experience with Python would be an advantage.
  • Previous exposure to trading or FinTech is beneficial but not essential.
  • A genuine interest in technology and a desire to stay up to date with modern tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
