Software Developer (React)
Up to £200k Base + Exceptional Bonus | Elite FinTech | London | Hybrid
I'm working with a leading FinTech firm that's looking to hire experienced React Developers to help build high-performance web applications used in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Role: Software Developer (React)
Industry: Elite FinTech
Compensation: Up to £200k base + exceptional bonus
Location: London (Hybrid)
What you'll be working on:
- Leading the development of modern, responsive web applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience.
- Taking ownership of greenfield products, from initial design through to production deployment.
- Building complex, data-intensive platforms and analytical tools capable of handling large-scale datasets and demanding workflows.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code while helping shape the long-term architecture of the platform.

What we're looking for:
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong commercial experience developing applications with React and the wider React ecosystem.
- Experience with Python would be an advantage.
- Previous exposure to trading or FinTech is beneficial but not essential.
- A genuine interest in technology and a desire to stay up to date with modern tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
