We are looking for the top Software Engineers in London who like working on complex, highly distributed systems and applications to work for an Elite FinTech firm!

As part of the team, you could be:
- Designing and delivering high-performance solutions that support mission-critical platforms processing multi-exabytes of data in real time.
- Developing and maintaining highly concurrent distributed systems built for demanding production environments.
- Working primarily with Python while also having opportunities to gain exposure to additional languages such as Rust and Go.
- Contributing to the development of a new greenfield machine learning platform and helping shape its technical direction.

We are looking for engineers who have:
- Between 4 and 15 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, particularly within distributed systems or large-scale data environments.
- Strong experience building production systems using Python.
- A background in developing scalable backend systems designed for performance and reliability.
- Any exposure to machine learning systems or MLOps practices would be considered beneficial.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team of experienced engineers.
