The Role Engineers work directly alongside client teams in secure programmes, taking end-to-end ownership of delivery. You'll engage with stakeholders, challenge existing systems and bring genuine solutions, not just code that ticks a box.

What You'll Need Hands-on experience in Java, Rust, C#/.NET or Python Active SC, DV or eDV clearance, or genuine eligibility to obtain it Experience in secure, resilient or mission-critical systems (strong bonus) Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
