Job: Software Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus bons
Location: Belfast (1 day a week office based)

Kura is delighted to be exclusively recruiting Software Engineer’s for an innovative, forward thinking Farming Tech as we continue to build a best-in-class Software Lab in Belfast.

You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, shaping the future where machinery, robotics, and software come together to deliver game-changing value for customers.

Job: Full-Stack Software Engineer

This is suited to a strong mid-level software engineer, you’ll join a growing team shaping the future of digital agriculture by developing cutting-edge digital solutions that make a real difference to customers.

  • Develop & Improve Features - Design and build solutions that make a real impact for users.
  • Take Ownership - Drive the full development lifecycle, delivering clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
  • Engage with Users - Partner with customers and technicians to provide support and gather feedback.
  • Ensure Quality & Reliability - Produce well-tested, optimized software that performs in real-world conditions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with developers, testers, and product managers to create impactful, innovative solutions.

What we’re seeking for in candidates?

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in web application development (3 years+)
  • Strong focus on quality, reproducibility, and delivering reliable, maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
