About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team as a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple training programs from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high participant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our educational initiatives and make a meaningful impact in the professional development industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in program management, event coordination, or training logistics is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software.
- Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and seminars, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate with trainers, participants, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and reports to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract participants and increase program visibility.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct post-program evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of program details, attendance, and certifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and promotional materials for upcoming programs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance participant experience.
