About The Role
You'll build end-to-end product features and infrastructure that put frontier AI to work for legal teams. This role blends hands-on engineering with applied LLM research: you'll prototype, evaluate, and productionize features that rely on retrieval, orchestration, and rigorous evals.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features across the stack (TypeScript/Node, GraphQL/REST, Postgres).
- Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (RAG, tool use, structured outputs) with strong observability and guardrails.
- Own evaluation: define task suites, quality/cost/latency metrics, and regression checks.
- Prototype quickly (playgrounds, notebooks, small services) and harden to production with tests and docs.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and users to turn workflows into crisp product surfaces.
- Operate in Azure, IaC, CI/CD, and security-by-default practices.
- This is a highly autonomous role, you will be expected to take initiative, coordinate between different stakeholders, and ship features with minimal guidance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
