Your Impact
- Design, build, and lead end-user features used worldwide by millions.
- Break down product requirements into clear technical tasks and deliver elegant, maintainable components within existing frameworks.
- Elevate customer experiences by translating customer feedback—CSAT, NPS scores, and metrics—into actionable improvements through scientific troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, customer-delighting experiences via agile iteration and rapid delivery.
- Leverage AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows, identifying and tackling complex, high-value problems with efficiency.
- Bring your curiosity, enthusiasm, and personality to breathe life into the team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Software Engineering (or equivalent field).
- Experience:
- 2+ years of professional software development (or equivalent), showcasing a strong passion for technology and high-quality software.
- Coding Aptitude & Skills:
- Strong architecture and programming experience, quick adoption of new technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to apply a scientific and creative approach to complex challenges.
- Collaboration & Adaptability:
- Thrives in diverse teams, with exceptional communication and precision when sharing ideas.
- Quality Focus:
- High attention to detail, experience in defining test strategies, and a commitment to continuous learning and quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- End-to-end development experience across software stack layers, including:
- Languages: Modern C++, Swift, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python.
- UI Frameworks: Qt, Cocoa, React, Angular.
- Back-end: Java (Spring), RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and API design.
- Testing & Automaton:
- Extensive experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, including contract testing and CI pipeline automation.
- AI-Assisted Development:
- Hands-on familiarity (even just experimentation) with LLM-based tools for coding aid (e.g., scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, debugging) ensuring responsible use and validated validation.
- Version Control & DevOps:
- Git proficiency, along with DevOps practices including CI/CD.
- Cross-Platform Optimization:
- Experience optimizing applications for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Web platforms.
