You will design, conceptualize, and build an agent-native platform from the ground up, integrating AI into agile workflows. This role offers the chance to shape both technical architecture and product culture at the earliest stage of growth. Location: London, UK Why this role is remarkable: Shape a product exiting private beta that is fundamentally reimagining the software development lifecycle through agent-native intelligence. Thrive in a high-performance culture where bottom-up innovation is encouraged and rapid execution is used to solve complex, ambiguous problems. Work at the cutting edge of AI, using tools like Langgraph and Temporal to build systems that automate traditional engineering processes. What you will do: Design and build the product from the ground up using a modern stack including Python, React, Next.js, and Temporal. Lead cross-disciplinary engineering efforts with full autonomy to validate, gather feedback, and iterate based on direct customer interactions. Architect elegant, simple solutions for complex technical challenges while maintaining high velocity using AI-native development practices. The ideal candidate: Possesses at least 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a degree in CS, Engineering, AI, or a related field. Demonstrates deep proficiency with LLM tools and agent frameworks such as Langsmith, RAG, and prompt engineering to accelerate development. Exhibits a strong product mindset with the ability to create beautiful user experiences and a philosophical belief in AI-accelerated SDLC. Who are Jack & Jill? Ok, I'll go first.
