What You Will Do
- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Rust and gRPC to power the core platform.
- Build and manage sophisticated agent infrastructure that translates natural language into enterprise-compliant software systems.
- Collaborate on deployment infrastructure and database design to ensure the platform meets rigorous enterprise security standards.

- Proven experience building production-grade backend systems and designing pragmatic, scalable APIs in any modern language.
- A strong desire to learn and master Rust, even if you haven't used it professionally before.
- Thrives in early-stage environments where you can take full ownership of problems and drive them to completion.
