Senior Software Developer (C++) | Up to £200k Base + Bonus | Elite Scaling FinTech | London | Hybrid

I'm working with a leading FinTech firm that's looking to hire experienced Senior C++ Software Engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and building highly performant systems.

Role:

Senior Software Engineer (C++)

Compensation:

Up to £200k Base + Bonus

Location:

London (Hybrid)

What you'll be working on:

  • Building and optimising infrastructure capable of processing billions of data points every second.
  • Developing low-level, high-performance systems using modern C++ in latency-sensitive environments.
  • Helping design and build a proprietary high-performance database from the ground up.
  • Contributing to research-focused projects involving functional programming concepts and technologies such as Rust, Erlang, and internally developed languages inspired by OCaml.
  • Enhancing infrastructure that powers machine learning workflows and supports cutting-edge research in production.
