C# Developer

The C# Developer is an experienced engineer focused on supporting and evolving business-critical legacy billing systems, ensuring a reliable and consistent customer experience. This role is primarily centered on L3 production support, requiring ownership of incident resolution, root cause analysis, and defect remediation in line with agreed SLAs. The developer applies strong engineering knowledge and deep understanding of billing processes to diagnose complex issues and maintain stability across interconnected platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain software components based on defined requirements.
  • Provide L3 production support for legacy billing systems, applying deep domain knowledge to diagnose, resolve, and prevent defects in line with SLA commitments.
  • Deliver assigned tasks within sprint timelines, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Follow coding standards, guidelines, and best practices defined by the team.
  • Work closely with TechOps, support teams (L1/L2), and stakeholders to investigate and resolve production issues within billing systems.
  • Ensure code meets basic performance and reliability expectations.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate risks when necessary.
  • Support deployment and integration activities in collaboration with other teams.
  • Actively learn and adopt new practices to improve development efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in supported areas of the system.

Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Billing Applications
  • Experience in developing software applications in C#
  • Basic understanding of backend systems, APIs, and data handling
  • Experience working on web-based applications
  • Experience working within a development team
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage assigned work within deadlines
  • Understanding of software development principles and practices
  • Basic understanding of system design and performance considerations
  • Experience working in Agile environments
