About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier technology talent across various sectors including software development, cybersecurity, data science, and more. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience in technology recruitment or a similar staffing environment is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in the technology industry. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is preferred. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Providing market insights and advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Participating in business development activities to expand the company's client base and strengthen existing relationships.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and representing Henderson Scott professionally at all times.
